No Proprietary Interest: Your rights under this agreement are limited to those expressly granted and do not include any ownership interest in the Workspace or the Operator's properties.
Non-Transferability: The rights and privileges associated with Workspace usage are personal and cannot be assigned or transferred to any third party.
Liability for Damages: You agree to maintain the Workspace in a clean and orderly condition. You will reimburse the Operator or Landlord for any repairs due to damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by you or your associates.
Personal Property: The Operator is not responsible for the loss of any personal property unless caused by the Operator's negligence or intentional acts.

Security Deposits

Some Professional Workspaces may require security deposits, as specified in their listings. VOspaces will attempt to secure a pre-authorization on the Visitor’s credit card for the deposit amount prior to check-in. While VOspaces will endeavor to address related requests and claims, it is not responsible for managing or accepting claims related to security deposits and disclaims any liability in this regard.

Service Fees

VOspaces charges a service fee for using its services, which may include applicable taxes. This fee is calculated based on the final billed amount after any promotions. Balances are remitted to Professional Workspaces via the selected payment method. Note that VOspaces may impose or deduct foreign currency processing costs from any payments. Except as otherwise provided, service fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Visitor Cancellations: Visitors may cancel a confirmed booking up to six hours before the reservation time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than six hours prior will not be refunded.
Professional Workspace Cancellations: If a Professional Workspace cancels a confirmed booking, VOspaces will refund the total fees to the Visitor within a commercially reasonable time, typically within 10 business days. The Visitor will receive communication from VOspaces with alternative options.
VOspaces-Initiated Cancellations: In certain situations, VOspaces may cancel a confirmed booking at its discretion and may refund part or all of the amounts charged. You agree that neither VOspaces nor the relevant Visitor or Professional Workspace will have any liability for such cancellations or refunds.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or the website's use.
